We would like to remind homeowners to be cautious of property tax grievance companies that may file applications on your behalf without your authorization.

In some cases, companies submit grievance applications even though the homeowner has not signed an agreement or given permission. When this happens, it can create duplicate filings in the system and prevent other authorized companies from submitting a grievance for your property.

If you receive any communication stating that a grievance has been filed for your property and you did not authorize that company, we recommend contacting them immediately and requesting that the application be withdrawn.
