As of August 28, nearly all customers from the 26/27 filing with Nassau County have received offers. ✅ Out of all customers, only three cases remain pending. 
Below is the official update we received regarding the status of these offers:

“ARC releases offers in rounds, and some cases may not have been included in the initial rounds. Additional offer rounds are expected in the coming weeks or months. 
📅 All 26/27 applications will receive a response before the publication of the 26/27 tax roll on April 1, 2026.

Also, the filing for 27/28 will begin on January 2, 2026, the first day Nassau County accepts new filings. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
