Nassau County Property Tax Offers Have Begun!!

Update
Nassau County has started releasing residential offers as of today, and I’m happy to report that my system secured property tax reductions for 95% of applicants.
The average reduction was 6%, with some reaching as high as 19%, a clear sign the system is working effectively.

In cases where no reduction was given, it’s usually because the property was already assessed at one of the lowest values in its neighborhood.
My company will now begin responding to offers:
  • Accepting offers with a reduction of 4% or more
  • Rejecting and countering those below that mark
You’ll be able to check your personalized offer results on your dashboard very soon.
💰 Why the $79 Flat Fee Matters
Here’s a real-world example of how much you save with my flat-fee model compared to traditional grievance firms:
  1. Original Tax Bill
    Assessed Value: 1,152
    Tax Rate: 25.5
    1,152 × 25.5 = $29,376

  2. New Tax Bill After Reduction
    Assessed Value: 1,050
    1,050 × 25.5 = $26,775

  3. Total Tax Savings
    $29,376 – $26,775 = $2,601
If you used a traditional grievance company that charges 35%, you’d owe them:
$2,601 × 0.35 = $910 or $2,601 X 0.50 = $1300.75
With my service, you pay just $79—no matter how much you save.
That’s over $900+ back in your pocket, just by choosing a smarter, more affordable option.

Starting in 2026, the flat fee for all new sign-ups will increase to $99.00 to reflect client feedback and the level of work involved.

Enhancing Automation with Accurate Parcel ID Mapping

Update
Today, Nassau County provided me with the logic for mapping parcel IDs to section, block, and lot.
This will further improve automation and ensure that filings are correctly matched to the intended city, preventing mix-ups with other locations.

Exciting News! Introducing My Tax Property Grievance App

New
When I first moved to Nassau County, Long Island, I was overwhelmed with mail from tax grievance companies offering to reduce my property taxes—at a hefty price. They wanted a cut of 20% to 35% of any savings, which felt excessive, especially when those fees could equal someone's weekly salary.

As a software engineer, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I built an app (along with a Chrome extension) that empowers you to grieve your property taxes yourself—easily and affordably. The experts at ARC recommend grieving your taxes every year, whether you win or not, as it helps keep your taxes in check long term.

Now, for just $79, you can take control of your tax grievance process without the need to spend over $1,000 in fees. Save more. Keep more. Try it today!
